ALISO VIEJO, California, September 22, 2021 / PRNewswire / – UST, a leading digital transformation solutions company, today announced that it has been recognized by Information Services Group (ISG), a global leader in technology research and consulting, with two ISG Digital Case Study Awards 2021™, presented to IT and business service providers selected for world-class digital transformation work with their corporate clients.

“The events of the past year have accelerated the adoption of digital technologies and business models,” said Paul reynolds, ISG partner and research director. “Improving the customer and user experience was the most prevalent goal in the enterprise supplier projects we examined, and the transformational role suppliers play was highlighted by the many innovative solutions and impactful that they provided. “

UST’s digital transformation efforts are highlighted in the following two case studies:

  • From branch to infinity – a digital transformation of financial services India:
UST’s work on behalf of Mute blue (Muthoot Pappachan Group) has resulted in an all-digital operating model that has dramatically improved the customer experience for the millions of people who depend on Muthoot’s financial services. Through UST’s efforts, Muhoot’s infrastructure has been transformed into a fully modern architecture with an agile design flexible enough to accommodate future business needs. The company could realize significant cost savings while providing a better customer experience. According to ISG, this collaboration is an outstanding example of a modern IT infrastructure leading to a scalable and sustainable digital operating model.
  • Solid ROI and new consumer insights from a fully automated contactless in-store payment solution: UST has teamed up with Retail business services, the service company of Ahold Delhaize United States, to develop a Walk-in, Walk-out solution, offering a contactless store experience. The solution uses a combination of AI / ML technology, cameras and weight sensors with cutting edge computer technology and cloud-based deployment. This digital transformation delivers a higher return on investment for retailers with 99% billing accuracy, zero waste, and invaluable new insight into consumer buying behavior. The adoption of new technologies is a proven catalyst for digital transformation, and according to ISG this is a remarkable example of new experiences and knowledge being made possible as contactless solutions are increasingly accepted.

“It is an honor to be recognized once again by ISG for the work we have done in implementing innovative digital solutions for our clients helping them succeed in the transformation,” said Muraleekrishnan Nair, Global Head of Cloud Infrastructure Services, UST. “Digital is in our DNA. For 20 years, we’ve been digging into our toolbox to help businesses unlock huge potential and help them deal with any disruption that presents itself along the way.
